Martyn Smithers' psychotherapy, counselling and consultation service is located in quiet, well-appointed dedicated premises in Kersal Road, Prestwich , North Manchester.
This practice enhances the availability of psychotherapy, counselling and supervision in Salford, Bury, Warrington, Manchester, and surrounding areas.

Struggling with difficulties and challenges is part of life. Often we can work out our problems on our own or with friends. This can be helpful in gaining self-understanding and confidence and we are then able to move forward. However there are times when we feel stuck when outside help from psychotherapy or counselling can be what is needed.

I work with individuals and groups on an open-ended basis, or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance you life and to live more fully.
